Glossary
The words, in plain English.
Every term here shows up on this site, in the scan or in an article. Where an article explains a term properly, we link to it.
Terms
What we mean when we say it.
How this site uses each word. Where the industry disagrees, we use the narrower meaning, because it is easier to check.
Agent readability
Whether an AI assistant can read what your pages actually say. A site people find easy to use can still be hard for software to read.
Agent workflow
A task an AI agent carries out inside your tools, step by step, with a person checking at set points. Unlike a demo, it runs every day on real work.
AI growth infrastructure
The systems that let a company grow without adding headcount to match: agent workflows, the data they depend on, and the points where a person decides. What Moore Runway builds and runs.
AI visibility
How easily an AI assistant can find and understand your business when someone asks about it. It is not search ranking: an assistant can read you clearly and still recommend someone else.
Baseline
What was true before a change, measured rather than remembered. Without one, a real improvement and a seasonal swing look the same.
Canonical URL
The one address a page should be listed under when several addresses show the same content. Without it, search engines split the page's credit between the copies.
Crawler access
Whether your robots.txt lets the crawlers behind AI answers read your public pages. Crawlers for search and crawlers for training data are separate choices.
Growth Audit
Where working with Moore Runway starts: a few questions about your business, then a free first call. Scope and fees are agreed before any work begins.
llms.txt
A file at the root of a site that gives AI models a short, chosen guide to it. Some platforms create one automatically, so having one proves nothing on its own.
Review gate
The planned human step in an automated workflow: who checks what, at which point, and what they can send back.
Runway
How long a company can keep operating on the cash it has, usually counted in months. Growth that needs new hires shortens it; growth that does not, extends it.
Structured data
A machine-readable description added to a page, usually as JSON-LD, saying what something is rather than how it looks. Having it is not the same as having it right.
Value creation
In private equity and venture, the changes that make a company worth more by its next round or exit: growth, margin, and evidence that both will last.

The scan reads your page the way an assistant does and names the changes worth making first. No email for the first result. No sales call.
